Aerospace Engineering,
magna cum laude, from
the University of
Michigan in 1993 and a
J.D. from Northwestern
University in 1996.
He also attended
Arizona State
University's graduate
Aeronautical
Management Technology
program (thesis
pending).
Prior
to relocating to
North Carolina, Mr.
Bernard practiced
corporate and products
liability litigation
in Detroit, Michigan.
Mr. Bernard has also
been employed as a
project engineer in
the aerospace
and safety industries.
Mr. Bernard
focuses his practice
on emerging mechanical
and electrical
technologies and
represents a number of
Fortune 100 companies
and entrepreneurial
individuals in a
