Mr.
Racine earned a B.S. in
Chemistry and Natural
Science from
Muhlenberg College in
1993 and a J.D. from
the University of
Denver in 1999.
Before attending law
school, he worked as
an analytical chemist
for National Starch
and Chemical Company
devising and
implementing various
chromatography testing
procedures for
analyzing polymers,
adhesives and various
paper coatings.
Prior to relocating to
Charlotte, Mr. Racine
was an Assistant
Solicitor for
Spartanburg County,
South Carolina. He also
practiced patent law
with Reilly, Purcell
& Lewis in Denver,
Colorado.
Mr. Racine's
practice is focused on
litigation, patent
prosecution, and
licensing. He is
a member of the
Carolinas Patent
Trademark and
Copyright Law
