Hudson earned a B.S.
in Mechanical
Engineering and a
B.A. in Chemistry
from
North Carolina
State University.
He received a
J.D. from the
University of
Richmond School of
Law where he was an
Articles Editor for
the
Richmond Journal of
Law and Technology.
Prior
to joining Clements
Walker, Mr. Hudson
practiced with
leading firms in
both North and
South Carolina,
particularly in the
fields of
intellectual
property law,
products liability,
engineer/architect
malpractice defense,
construction, and
complex business
disputes.
Mr.
Hudson is a member
of the American
Intellectual
Property Law
Association, the
American Bar
Association-
Intellectual
Property Committee,
the South Carolina
Bar Intellectual
Property and Unfair
Trade Practices
Committee, and the
National Eagle Scout
Association. He
currently serves as
Vice-President of
the Charlotte N.C.
State Club, and is a
Wolfpack Club
representative.
